T. L. Freeman or Albert Einstein ? or none? or both?

I guess its none and both. Time speeds up with age; we all feel that, who can forget those long summer vacations, or the fact that the next birthday seems closer than the last one? So T.L. Freeman’s concept of Effective age¹ can account for the gut feeling the said Romanian scientists must have (You don’t get any attention in Romanian Academia if you are not an old fart). Taking into account a life expectancy of 80 years, maybe the fact that Romanians spend half of their Effective age (reached at the lovely age of 10) without teachings of effective time management will cause them to be as reliable as a solar clock at midnight. I mean time management education IS NOT a big thing in Romania. So yes I blame the parents not educating. Plus Romanian kids have nothing on their schedule. I knew that if I missed one dance class I would have to reshuffle tennis, the astronomy and biology clubs, carting and my time to watch cartoon network in the schedule.

And then, if correct, in accordance to Einstein’s Theory or Relativity, as Space gets stretched out time is correspondingly compressed so time could flow faster than it use to. But as most of us don’t get to see 100 cycles around Sol this aspect must be irrelevant (not for OTV so don’t tell them).

From a neurological standpoint it is possible that some geodeterministic and circumstantial aspects like mineral deposits, climate, and nuclear fallout from Cernobayl influence Romanians dopamine levels, fovea accuracy leading to signalling jump lag etc, and cause them to be late and delay stuff, but I still go with culture and education. They are thought that the nail that stands out gets hammered; of course they will wait for others to take initiative, they would do it, but only next week.

As for the matters of parties, they go with the fashionable late approach, mustn’t forget za French influence.
